I've tried alot of recipes for making chocolate fudge icing that taste a lot more of Goldilocks or Red Ribbon or Mer-Nel's Cake. But unfortunately, I always end up with a dry chocolate icing or non-glossy one. The cake always taste good except for the icing. I wish someone can give me good tips on how to make it without drying the icing or make it too sweet or too bitter.
