Cakes & Bread
Cakes are made of flour, eggs, milk, and other ingredients used such as cake yeast. There are 60 out of 100 people that are in to sweet foods including the yummylicious cake. There are different types of dessert cakes that people love to eat. These are some of the known cakes that most people used to eat; Angel Food Cake, Devil's Food Cake, Black Forest Cake, Chiffon Cake, Mocha Cake (one of the best selling cake for Filipinos), Sponge Cake and Cheese Cake.
Most people love to eat Bread especially when they're on diet. Well I used to believe that to eat bread is to lose weight, however, it's the other way around. For example, eating white bread makes you gain more weight as it has higher calories and carbohydrates than any other bread. It's best to eat whole grain or whole wheat bread as this type of bread is high in fiber and other essential nutritients.
It's not bad to eat Cakes and Bread sometimes. Everything should be eaten moderately and as they always say "Anything in excess is always bad.".
